Step 2. Shelving Package

One package is required. Package A is selected by default.

Step 3. HVIP Voucher

No voucher is selected by default.

HVIP is administered by CARB and CALSTART and applied as a point-of-sale voucher by the dealer.

Small business eligibility

Private fleets must meet both requirements:

  • 20 or fewer vehicles over 8,500 lbs GVWR, counted globally, including non-operational vehicles
  • $15,000,000 or less in annual revenue

Public and nonprofit fleets only need the 20-vehicle threshold — no revenue test.

Limit of 5 small business vouchers per business, all-time, not annually.
